ONH Development and Entrepreneurship Ltd. (“ONH”) recognizes and respects the confidentiality and privacy of information collected through our service- Visitt™ (the “Service”). Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our Service. ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means ONH, and ‘you’ means the user of our Service or the employee of the user of our Service (when your employer is our customer). This is also to manifest our commitment to your privacy.
What information do we collect and how is it used?
The information we collect is as follows:
User Provided Information
When you subscribe to our Service, or when your employer add you as a user to the Service, we ask you or your employer to provide certain information, some is personal information and some is not, as follows:
Personal information: Upon subscription you will be required to provide your name, email address and phone number. This information may be given to us by your employer as part of granting you with user authorization to use the Service as part of your duties with your employer.
Non-personal information: During your use of the Service, you will upload certain information related to your performance of tasks as required by your employer. We are not a party to your obligations and duties with your employer, but we will collect this information and process it for the sole benefit of your employer, our customer. This information may include: pictures of the site/project you are working on, work progress and other reports or data required by your employer. As this information is not personal in nature, it may, under certain circumstances, become personal (such as including yourself in the picture, monitoring your location, etc.).
This information is the minimum required to add you as a user to our Service in order to allow us to provide this Service to our customer/your employer.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, when you use the Service, we will collect certain information automatically as part of the Service we provide. This information is as follows:
Information about your location either via mobile GPS or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology (i.e., beacons installed on properties served by your employer, at the request of your employer, to track proximity from the device you hold so your employer can track your location and time spent in each location). This information is collected only when you use the Service or, in case of the beacons, when you are about 300 meters near the beacons while having your mobile with you.
General information about your computer or mobile device (such as type of device, unique device ID, operating system, domain name, etc.)
Status of the Bluetooth on your device.
Does the Service collect precise real time location information of your device?
The Services collect precise information about the location of your mobile device thorugh several means. This is important data collected as part of the Service.

How do we use this information?
We use, store and process the information to provide your employer (our customer) with the Service and also to generate reports to your employer about your performance at work and the progress of the tasks assigned to you by your employer. Any information you upload to the Service or that we automatically collect is shared with your employer. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to generate reports for commercial purposes or to help us improve our Service. We may share your information with any third party acquiring ONH and/or during court proceedings required to defend our rights. We will not sell or disclose your personal information with any third party in ways that are not described in this privacy statement.
What are your rights?
You may request that we stop all collection of your information by the Service. However, this may affect your relationship with your employer, which we are not a party to. If you wish us to unsubscribe you from the Service please send us a request via email, at
Update and correct information
You may ask us to update your personal information (name, email address and phone number) by sending us a request via email, at email@example.com. You can also ask your employer, our customer, to change this information and update our systems. Please be aware that every such update must be confirmed with your employer (our customer).
You also have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you.
In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request copies of your personal information held by us. You may also be entitled to request copies of personal information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format by sending us a request via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that some of the information you may request from us may be the property of your employer and we may provide you with this information only with your employer’s consent, all subject to the applicable law applied to you and your employer.
You may request a copy of your personal data in an electronic format that you can take to other service providers. We will respond to your request within 30 days by providing a link to a location where the data can be downloaded.
Data retention and erasure
We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between us and your employer (our customer) and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your personal information with respect to the Service, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your user authorization. Deleting your authorization may take up to 15 days. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information:
You will not be able to use the Service.
We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations to your employer.
Because we maintain the Service to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
Your employer (our customer) may also retain a copy of all information you provided us, which we have no control over.
We do not use the Service to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to maintain our website, provide the Service and communicate with you. We use commercially reasonable physical and technical safeguards to secure your data and protect it against unauthorized access, alteration of destruction. We encrypt highly confidential information communication by using SSL. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your data, which may be compromised by unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors.
